About

Throughout my practice I use traditional analogue photography to explore our relationship with the natural world, utilising light to highlight and transform our surroundings. My work provides the audience with a quiet contemplative space to question and reflect on their relationship with nature and the natural world.

I'm currently working on a body of work titled 'Moorlands'. The focus of the project is to highlight the environmental significance of the moorland throughout the U.K. Currently moorland covers 3% of the worlds surface and holds twice as much carbon as all of the rainforests. If we do not protect and care for the moorland and the current carbon sink, we will be facing a catastrophic climate emergency.
